Do I need a referral?
No. You can book the private department directly by phone or WhatsApp.
How much is a consultation?
A consultation with any doctor is 10,000 ₸ on promotion (usually 25,000–50,000 ₸), and your first IV drip is 10,000 ₸ on promotion. Other prices are on the Prices page or available from our administrator.
Can I have tests and an ultrasound on the same day?
Yes, most examinations can be done on the day of your visit. We will tell you how to prepare.
How can I pay?
By card, QR code or cash at the clinic. Surgery and courses can be paid in instalments via Kaspi, Home Credit or Halyk.
